We are original owners with all service related records by our local mechanic. Sleeps 4 and we are non-smokers. It is in original condition with a couple of minor exceptions & with a permanent foam mattress on the bed and can also be used to sleep north/south as well, as we made a little modification which can be used if desired. Curtains have been remade and now have double fabric for added insulation and keep it dark at night for sleeping.
This Dodge model has 4 seats with seatbelts making it ideal for taking passengers & sleeping 4. Everything is in good working condition, including the Onan generator. It is our daily driver as well as we have made many trips out west and visited most National Parks. Therefore it has high mileage, 286,500 miles but runs great with no known issues. These Dodges are built to last. We decided to have the transmission rebuilt last year, as we thought it had a little hesitation between shifting so always being proactive, we paid for the best in our area to do that work. It’s running good and shifting smoothly. It was also painted in 2011 by a local family owned dealer and looks really good. Catalytic converter was replaced this year. 
The downside is rust has started along the drip rail and around a side window. and will need to be addressed. There is no peeling paint on the van. The roof is in good condition with no issues. There are no leaks or stains on the ceiling, around the windows or upholstery. There are no tears in the upholstery.
We have always used all the appliances & showered both inside and outside which works very well. We put in a new stove top and we have a new high bar sink faucet. Microwave works. We took the TV cabinet out over the bed and mounted a flat screen TV. The antenna is in the roof and we always pick up local stations when we are visiting an area.
3 way fridge, new 2 burner stove, range hood, microwave, water and waste water systems, hot water heater and water pump, interior furnace, A/C and Onan generator. Inside and outside shower. AC & heater working. Monitor panels for the water tank levels, propane and battery charge. Equipped with converter with charger 110/12V (32 amp), smoke, LP has & carbon monoxide detectors. Newer in-dash Panasonic car radio is equipped to play cd’s and has a USB input and connects to your cell phone for hands free answering and talking. Very convenient when traveling.
Extra overhead drawer great for jeans, linens and extra storage for clothing. Homemade front window screens to allow more air flow while camping. Other windows as manufactured have screens. 2 inch trailer hitch for your bike rack or as needed.
