It’s on an extremely reliable and proven Chevy 3500 chassis.
She is equipped with the Chevy 6L V8 and gets approximately 17 miles per gallon on the freeway. Set the cruise control at 70mph and it lopes along at a comfortable 2000 RPM.
The vehicle is very handy for using in a campground or around town.
As of this writing, everything is functional.
I am the 2nd owner and have had it for 5 months but finding I would need something larger. The original owner took meticulous care, have service records and it was kept in the garage.
It has 2 AGM batteries, air conditioning w/furnace, wet/shower/head; hot water heater, fresh and black/gray water tanks, refrigerator and microwave.
It comes with a Samsung TV with hookups for cable as well as a DVD/VCR player. Generator with 266 hours.
I have put 2 new tires and replaced the spare tire, replaced the bathroom faucet and installed a roof vent cover.
It was recently checked over by an RV technician.
As with any vehicle its relative age, it has a few cosmetic dings from gravel and all that but it’s in great shape.
