Factory features include the 6.0L V8 engine, captain’s seats, cruise control, Silver Ice full-body paint, power awning, outdoor shower, propane, rear-mounted spare, towing package, rear sofa (converts to king or twin beds), front and rear dining tables, cherry cabinetry, granite countertop, Cool Cat A/C with heat pump, propane furnace, Fantastic Vent fan, two-burner stove, microwave, three-way refrigerator, bathroom and shower, AGM house batteries, inverter/charger, Onan generator, home theater system with TV, 31-gallon fresh water, 23-gallon grey, 10-gallon black, 10-gallon propane, macerator pump, and standard safety equipment.
$3000 in upgrades include Kenwood DMX1058XR 10.1 inch high definition touch screen radio that works with back up camera as well as newly added blind spot cameras.
Also, recently replaced air conditioner blower motor and resistor.
Only negative is the peeling seat issue Roadtreks are notorious for having, if we were keeping it we were going to buy seat covers.
We have receipts and documentation that will be provided to the buyer along with clean Carfax from when we bought it. It was a Missouri vehicle until we bought it.
