Price: $28,000 | Year: 2007

This is an 18’ Roadtrek built into a 2006 Chevy Express 2500 van with 140,000 miles.  It has all the standard RV features that you will find in larger vehicles: 2 fabric front seats, a kitchen area (3-way Dometic fridge, 2-burner propane stove, stainless steel sink, and counter space), a bathroom with toilet and shower, lots of cupboard storage space plus a small closet for hanging clothes, a bed area, and a new 700 watt microwave.

There is one solar panel on the roof that helps keep the new 12V house battery charged.  In the rear is a heat pump that runs the AC and furnace.  The AC and microwave require electricity to run, while the furnace runs on propane and the house battery.  There is a hot water heater, which also runs on propane and battery, if you choose to use the shower or wash dishes in the sink.  The Onan generator is not working and needs to be replaced.  All other RV systems function as expected, and the “car parts” are all in good running order.  The body is in excellent condition.

Recent additions: new console with access to a new backup camera, remote starter, and interior antenna.  There is a spare tire that attaches onto the left-side hitch on the back, but I took it off to get easier access to the back doors.  There is also a small table that can be used in the front or rear of the van.

The smaller vehicle is great for driving and parking, and it would be good for a solo traveler or a couple.  No smokers, but I do travel with a fastidious cat.  I have maintained the vehicle regularly and have invoices for all work done.  It is always parked in my carport (front of photo) when at home.  It is my only vehicle, so is driven regularly.

Contact me for additional photos or with any questions about the van.  I am located about 15 miles north of Albany.
