Located in Ontario Canada. Very well cared for, everything works as intended, with reliable and smooth running mechanicals. 178,500km (111,500miles). The transmission fully serviced last summer at 162000km (101k miles). 5.2L (318) engine. Fresh oil change and winterization just completed. 2020 tires still have lots of tread left. Fairly rare combo of full floating rear axle with limited slip feature. Dual 6 volt 190ah coach batteries (new in 2023).
The interior is in pristine condition - all of the oak cabinetry is like new, and the seats and cushions are also all in very good condition. A new microwave, new sink drain, and variable speed control for stove vent fan were installed in 2024. Dual usb charge ports added in rear of van and in the dash, and an added A-pillar grab bar for improved front passenger entry. Bright LED lighting throughout, including extra LED lighting in the kitchen area.
Currently equipped with a top of the line Porta Pottie mounted on a slide out platform for improved access and use, and this can be easily converted back to original configuration if desired, with the included original Thetford toilet.
Maintenance records from 2019 onwards available, and I will familiarize new owners with the van through a detailed tour of every aspect of it. The Dodge service manual (on CD), a water pressure regulator & hose, some leveling blocks, a dump hose extension and case, and a spare backup PCM come with the van. More pictures upon request.
